Welcome to the Representation of RWTH Aachen University in Beijing
RWTH Aachen University has built effective partnerships with Chinese institutions of higher education and direct connection with Chinese students and scientists. In order to expand and deepen academic exchange between the University and China, RWTH Aachen University has established a Representation in Beijing. The Representation of RWTH Aachen University is inaugurated in October 2006 with the support of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and is located in the building of the German Center in Beijing.
The newly established Representation in Beijing administers the following actives:
• Information for prospective students about the study programmes, application procedure and requirements of RWTH Aachen University
• Recruitment and selection of Chinese applicants to RWTH Aachen University
• Contact and support of RWTH Aachen Alumni in China
• Information for academics from RWTH Aachen University about the universities and research environment in China
• Assistance in organizing projects or study visits in China
• First contact and information about RWTH Aachen University
