Aims

The Pupils University of the Faculty of Architecture pursues the idea,

a. to give pupils certainty as to whether architectural studies are the right academic choise for them.
b. to provide a good impression of the required skills and the scope of this field of study.
c. to vividly convey information on studying at the faculty and working on the job.
d. to offer support for decisions concerning the planning of one's future after high school (apprenticeship, academic studies, gap year).
e. to get students into contact with the university and the students at an early stage so as to facilitate the entry into academic studies.

Pupils University summer term 2011

During the summer vacation, RWTH Aachen University again offered a free Pupils University. For one week, also pupils interested in the subject of architecture, were given an insight into the academic studies and the professional world at the Faculty of Architecture. Registration for Pupils University 2012 is expected to start in February 2012.
