It is possible to withdraw from an examination once. It is necessary to contact the Departmental Academic Advising before.

Please note that you cannot withdraw anymore if less than 7 days are left until the examination takes place.

Ifyouwereonceproperly registeredfor an exam and you did not pass it, you will bere-registered for the next possible examination date automatically . The reason for not passing is irrelevant - you might have failed the exam or you drop it or you could not take it due to illness. A deregistration in orientation phase of a lecture is possible till the last friday of May or November. Within this phase you will be always deregistered of the whole module (lecture + practice + exam)

In the case of deregistration of term fixed obligatory lectures occures a new registration on the next lecure with the order of rotation and a renewed deregistration of the lecture is not possible.

In the event of illness, it is necessary to present a medical certificate. In some cases it may be necessary to undergo a medical exmination at the university medical centre, too. If you are taken ill during an examination, you will have to go to the university medical centre.
