Teaching Committee

 

To the field of the Teaching Committee belongs the consultation of study and examination regulations, the study reform and the evaluation of study and teachings. Central task of the commission is the administrative and organizational preparation of the teaching program of the faculty. The committee is led by the Dean of Study.

Enclosed a listing of the most important tasks, which are treated in the committee:
   - elaboration of suggestions to fundamental developments in teachings, study and examinations,
   - preparation of decisions to the further execution of the study reform (suggestions on modularity
     of the study offers, study forms, university advisory service concepts, examination system,
     accreditation procedure),
   - development of basic orders/defaults for teachings, study as well as the procedure for the quality assurance
     of the teachings,
   - elaboration on the internationalization of teachings and study,
   - preparation of statements to study and test orders of the faculties in case of „conflicts ",
   - promotion of internal, national and international co-operation in the teachings as well as questions concerning
     the university advisory service,
   - increasement of the attractiveness of the university as learning place,
   - quality improvement in the teachings (formerly: Study contributions) in accordance with the
     Committee of the study contribution statute.

The Teaching Committee prepares all decisions concerning the teaching and the student interests of the Faculty Council. Among other things the development of documents, like study and examination orders, suggestions of quality improvements for the study affairs as well as the measures of the study reform.
