During your studies you need to complete an industrial training placement. Specific details on the conditions that need to be fulfilled can be found in the directives regarding the practical training, attached to the respective examination regulations. In the download area, you will find a link to the different exam regulations.

Please make sure you know the conditions of placement for your course, before you clarify the content of the placement with the company. In each case you need to meet the specifications and guidelines.

In order to get your placement accredited, the following documents need to be sent to the administrative Student Advisory Service of your discipline

• Original of the confirmation of placement
• Original of the placement report – signed and stamped by the internship placement supervisor (only for B.Sc. and M.Sc. Werkstoffingenieurwesen; this does not apply for Diploma and Complementary students)

 

PLEASE NOTE: For the B.Sc. Werkstoffingenieurwesen a maximum of 4 weeks of the total placement period need to be completed before beginning your studies.
