Yvonne Wong obtained her Bachelor of Science (Hons) and PhD degrees from the University of Melbourne (Australia) in 1997 and 2001, respectively. After a two-year stint as a postdoctoral research fellow at the University of Delaware (USA) between 2001 and 2003, she came to Europe. Between 2003 and 2009, she worked as research fellow at DESY (Hamburg), at the Max-Planck-Institut für Physik (München), and at CERN (Geneva).

Prof. Wong’s main research interests are cosmic structure formation, cosmic microwave background, particle cosmology, and astroparticle physics.
