Award for Family-Friendliness
Whoever heads an organization unit, is also responsible for tasks and employees. Through a responsible management style, managers can particularly ensure that career and family or care are compatible with each other. RWTH Aachen honors the commitment of its employees to family-friendliness with the "FAMOS für FAMILIE" award". The prize is awarded by the University's Family Services Center and is endowed with 500 Euros.
How to Participate
Do you work at RWTH Aachen and think your boss sets a great example for making family, care, and career compatible in the work place? Then nominate them for the award. A jury chooses a winner from the nominations that are received and well founded. During the nomination period at the end of the year, you can find a nomination form here for six months. The prize is awarded in May, on the International Day of Family.
