Measure 4: Enhancing Corporate Governance
RWTH is currently undergoing a restructuring process at the Rectorate and Faculty level, establishing new principles of governance that will have a major impact on decision-making processes, the allocation of funds, and finally create room and offer incentives for entrepreneurial activities.
The new governance principles include:
- Implementation of a competitive culture
- Flexible funding for innovative ideas and projects
