In this way, they receive support with assuming and managing their positions as researchers, teachers and executives. The also receive assistance with developing their career path at the University.

We at RWTH place emphasis on supporting our research staff in planning their career. Thus, in the context of Germany's Excellence Initiative, RWTH Aachen provides support for postdocs in the form of continuing education opportunities such as seminars, workshops, and individual coachings.
Furthermore, there are mentoring programs for postdocs organized by the RWTH Integration Team, as well as the networking opportunities provided by AixCYR, the Aachen Center for Young Researchers.
