Forschungszentrum Jülich

At the Research Center of Jülich in cooperation with the experimental field site Campus Klein Altendorf of the University of Bonn, phenotyping of barley and sugar-beet varieties will be conducted. The different varieties are grown in plots and will be screened by unmanned flying platforms, equipped with different airborne sensors such as thermo camera or spectrometer. The data collected by the different sensors will be merged to a dataset, describing plant condition related parameter.

Task

The UROP student will work at the field sites and participate the measurements. Second he will be involved in data processing.
