Automated Quality Control in textile production process is demanded as an essential part of new Industrie 4.0 concepts. Quality control with Machine Vision for complex textile structures is facing challenges, which are the Focus of this Project.

Improvement of Machine Vision Algorithms for textile surface inspection and implementation of an automated textile Quality Control System in production chain.
