Viewing and Recording Exam Registrations
Modular Exam Registrations must be first recorded in the ZPA exam administration system. After they are recorded, you will be able to view them in CAMPUS Office under „Angemeldete Prüfungen“.
Registrations through the VZPA are immediately visible in CAMPUS Office under „Angemeldete Prüfungen“. The same is true for registrations in person in the ZPA.
The latest you will be able to view your exam registrations is December 29, 2012, regardless of how you register.
Visibility of Exam Registrations
- Transfer of modular registrations from CAMPUS into the ZPA system in summer semester 2012: December 5 to December 28, 2012
- Visibility of registrations in the VZPA in CAMPUS Office under "Angemeldete Prüfungen“: no later than December 29, 2012
Information on Non-Admission
In some subjects, it is required to bring forward certain documentation of your academic achievements or participation before taking an exam. If you do not fulfill this obligation, your examiner cannot admit you to the exam. This is called non-admission. You will be informed by your examiner of possible non-admissions in a timely fashion.
Registration Correction Period
If you notice incorrect or missing entries when checking your registrations for exams, please note that there are differing deadlines and contact persons depending on the case:
-
Missing exam registration due to a missed registration deadline:
Please note that there is not a uniform guideline for all courses of study regarding late registration. Contact your departmental advising to find out if you can still register and how to do so. -
Missing exam registration despite completed registration:
Please fill out the form registration difficulties (de) and turn it into your case worker or send it to the ZPA within the deadline.

Student Account Statement
The student account statement is beginning at RWTH Aachen in March 2012. This will be successively generated for all RWTH Aachen students and is available to you through CAMPUS Office. The student account statement solely serves as an overview for you and does not replace any official certificates of your achieved academic performance. Please note, that the statement has no effect on your duty to cooperate regarding RWTH Aachen enrollment regulations.
Common Questions About the Student Account Statement
What is the student account statement?
Based on account statements in banking, all RWTH Aachen students now have a student account statement. This reflects the current status of their studies and lists all of the academic performances since the time of enrollment. Exam registrations, withdraws, and non-admissions are color coded.
What are the advantages of the student account statement?
The student account statement displays the current status of a student's studies at the time it is issued and is archived, so that you can view and access it at any time. The account statement color codes all exam registrations (regular registrations and automatic re-registrations), withdrawls, and non-admissions, so that you can recognize these at a glance.
Where can I find the student account statement?
All student account statements are in CAMPUS Office under menu option "Kontoauszüge" in the section "Zentrales Prüfungsamt".
How often is the student account statement generated?
The student account statement is generated once a month.
When is my student account statement generated?
The student account statements are successively and regularly generated:
Successively: The student account statements are not generated all at once, but rather over the course of the month.
Regularly: Your student account statement will always be generated on the same calendar day. This means if your student account statement was generated for the first time on March 5, all of your next account statements will be generated on the fifth of each month.
How do I find out that a student account statement has been generated for me?
You will be informed via email that your account statement can be viewed in CAMPUS Office as soon as your student account statement is generated.
Which email address is the notification sent to?
