MINT Excellence Scholarships – for engaged students in the STEM fields
MINT Excellence awards 30 scholarships to students in mathematics, computer science, natural sciences, and technology.
"MINT Zukunft schaffen“, an initiative of the German economy against the lack of specialists in science technical careers, supports the scholarship program. Federal Chancellor Dr.Angela Merkel is the sponsor of the program.
Scholarship Benefits:
As the exclusive media partner of the MINT Excellence Scholarship Program, Technology Review sponsors all applications with three issues as a free reading trial, which are sent directly to you at home. All finalists receive a year subscription free of charge.
Through our MINT Excellence Network, all MINT finalists stay in contact with our partners from the economy, science, and organizations. Additionally, we regularly invite you to our exclusive workshops and events.
750 Euros per semester till the end of your studies, for a maximum of four semesters
· Ten scholarships for good academic performance
· Ten scholarships for social engagement
· Ten scholarships for scientific achievements
· One time payout of remaining funding, if you finish your studies earlier than projected.
Prerequisites for Your Application:
· MINT Bachelor or Diplom studies (starting in the 2nd semester), or a
Master course of study in a German university
· Good and very good achievements in studies or social
(extra)curricular engagement or particular scientific
achievement
· Great communication skills
