Do you want to change something in your studies? You have ideas but do not implement them? You have goals, but no real motivation? You know where you need to be but something is always blocking you?
Setting goals is a known and effective motivational strategy. An important factor in attaining goals is not only whether or not they can be practically impelemented but also whether they actually reflect your own wishes and needs.
This training gives you space to identify your desires through a current problem. You will then formulate a goal so that you can enjoy reaching it. You develop strategies for realistically planning substeps and to recognize and prevent obstacles early on. As a result you will have resources available to you that you can consciously implement after the seminar in order to improve your self-management.
