You can register for the training starting February 1, 2013. Please send an email with your first and last name, subject, and number of core semester to Christine Frank.

 

Are you afraid of blacking out during an exam despite having prepared well? Does anxiety make exams difficult for you? What could you do to be more relaxed going into exams?

The goal of the training is to develop an understanding for exam anxiety and to draft concrete and individual action strategies that help you better handle anxiety during the preparation period and the exam. You will become familiar with various relaxation exercises that you can easily implement yourself.

Participation Requirements:

  • Enrollment at RWTH Aachen
  • Participation in all six training units
  • Active collaboration
  • Preparedness to discuss with others
