You can register for the training on January 21 from 11:15am to 12pm via telephone. Later registrations can unfortunately not be accepted.
Are demands from your studies, private life, or job competing for your attention? Do you have so many obligations you don't know whether you are coming or going? Are you enjoying free time less and less due to stress?
This training is targeted towards students who desire a more relaxed and secure strategy for dealing with burdens. Relaxation methods are taught and individual strategies will be developed in order to reduce stress factors or positively overcome them. The training is rounded out by an excursion into the world of enjoyment.
Participation Requirements:
- Enrollment at RWTH Aachen
- Complete participation in both days
- Active collaboration
- Preparedness to discuss with others
Number of Participants: 12 people maximum
Location: Student Advice Centre group room, Templergraben 83, ground floor
