Gaining Insight and Establishing Contacts

Recruiting events are a good opportunity for students and graduates to meet potential employers. Human resources and company representatives ensure insight into the firms in a relaxed atmosphere.  Participants should prepare themselves well for these events, in order to best introduce and present themselves and to establish the first valuable contacts. Inform yourself beforehand about the respective company, its products, and business areas. In conversations you should come across as believable and authentic and show your social skills.
