Interdisciplinary Qualification
At the moment, interdisciplinary skills are increasingly being sought in both an academic career and in the free economy. Thus, the Center for Doctoral Studies at RWTH Aachen,CDS, offers doctoral students numerous workshops and seminars, with which they can expand their breadth of interdisciplinary knowledge during their doctoral studies.
Supervision by the Faculties
The faculties formally determine the requirements for doctoral studies, govern the order of the doctoral studies process, and lay both down in their own exam regulation.
The respective contact person in the faculties and the Center for Doctoral Studies will gladly help you with your official start of doctoral studies, give you tips for comprehensive qualification, and provide advising on financial support during the doctoral period.
