Synchronization of Registration Lists for Bachelor and Master Courses of Study
The so called synchronization of the registration lists for exams in the Bachelor and Master courses of study will begin winter semester 2012/2013.
Synchronization
Please note that the synchronization will take place for all exams. Thus, do not assume that you will receive an automatic notification for each of your exams.
Using a virtual bridge with certain preconditions
- a continuous synchronization will be ensured between CAMPUS and the Central Examination Office exam administration system, HIS-POS for short, and
- students and examiners will be actively notified about status changes.
With the help of this bridge, we will actively inform students via email about status changes, for example if automatic re-registration for exam has taken place in the Central Examination Office, ZPA for short. The notification contains the exam, registration status, and the reason for the completed action.
Change in Meaning: Cancelled, Registered, Assigned
Since CAMPUS only knows three status Abemeldet, Angemeldet and Zugeteilt or Cancelled, Registered, and Assigned, we have adapted the existing meanings of these statuses in HISPOS. In CAMPUS they are as follows:
- Assigned: You were assigned and are participating in this exam.
- Registered: You submitted a withdrawl, doctor's note, or something similar and will be registered for and assigned to the next possible appointment.
- Cancelled: This exam has been entered as passed, but has not been definitively passed. The registration was deleted by the exam board. You are no longer registered for this exam and will no longer be registered.
