10.0 - Facility Management

 

The Department of Facility Management belongs to RWTH Aachen Central University Administration and is broken down into four divisions.

 

Our Responsibilities

The Department of Facility Management controls an available surface of about 360,000 square meters with 350 emplyees in six divisions.  This includes all services involving construction, building services engineering, infrastructure, occupational safety, environmental safety, security, and transport logistics.

Thanks to the energetic and engaged work and support of our employees, we handle a consistently increasing amount of standard benefits, work orders, and service requests.
