Femtec Careerbuilding Program Scores Points Early On for Later Professional Career
A career in a presitigous international company doesn't have to be a dream. Ambitious female students studying engineering or the natural sciences at RWTH can acquire the necessary tools by participating in the the Femtec Career Building Program. The 1.5 year long program offers special trainings for developing communication, leadership, and management skills. It also continuously offers individual consulting and mentoring for internships and entering the job market.
Femtec is supported by a network of eleven global companies and eight technical universities. Female students who have enthusiam for technology can score points for a successful career with this program and the support of the network.
As one of the leading technical universities within Europe, RWTH Aachen University is committed to the education of responsible young professionals and future executives. We are especially dedicated to promoting the careers of female academics in engineering and the natural sciences. Therefore, we support our best female students by giving them the opportunity to enter the Femtec Career Building Program. Who advises the Femtec students at RWTH Aachen?
Dagmar Grübler has coordinated the Femtec Program at the RWTH Aachen Career Center since 2008. She is the contact person for all Femtec Program matters, mentors Femtec students in Aachen, organizes events for the Aachen Femtec students and is an advisor for any career questions.
