Lecture on Fire Safety

An event hosted by RWTHextern.

On invitation of RWTHextern, Dieter Nüssler, Vice-President of the European Emergency Number Association EENA, will give a lecture on the topic of fire safety titled "Brandschutz - nur Sache der Feuerwehr?" on Monday, June 4, 2018. The event will begin at 6:30pm at the Ford lecture hall, SuperC, Templergraben 57 in Aachen.

After finishing his studies and completing a doctorate, Nüssler spent more than 20 years as chief of the Aachen fire department. In his lecture he will talk about major fires while also presenting measures that effectively contribute to fire safety. He will furthermore explain how smoke detectors and fire extinguishers are best utilized.
