In episode 3, we talk to Dr. Sarah Drießen from Uniklinik RWTH Aachen about electric and magnetic fields, the technologies of the energy transition and their radiation, and the possible health consequences. Drießen is in charge of the EMF-Portal – a virtual platform that provides information about the effects of electromagnetic fields on humans and biological systems and pools current research on this topic from all over the world.

We are exploring the exciting question of whether people will be exposed to an increasing or decreasing number of electromagnetic fields as a result of the energy transition, what illnesses these fields might cause, and how we can protect ourselves from them.
