It's that time again! May 10, 2023 is all about health at RWTH Aachen University. In cooperation with the Health Promotion Working Group and with the assistance of the Techniker Krankenkasse, University Health Management will organize a health day in and around the SuperC for all employees and students of RWTH.

This time, we are dedicating a whole week to the topic of sustainable health, from May 9 to 15, 2023

Do you know about the importance of sustainable physical and mental health? What does health have to do with sustainability? How does ecological sustainability affect our health?

Find your personal answers to these questions on May 10 from 10am to 4pm in and around the SuperC. There is a lot to discover, try out and experience here, directly on site with many action booths.

Take a body status analysis, a vital screening or an eye test. During bike coaching, your individual prerequisites, needs, load dosage as well as suitable equipment for the bike will be recorded. What's more, there are individual consultations on nutrition, meditative breathing techniques and various taster courses from the University Sports Department. Find out what RWTH Aachen University has to offer in terms of health.

If you can't be at the SuperC on May 10, you can look forward to digital workshops and keynote presentations on resilience, forest bathing, assistance dogs in science and the "mental load", all of which will take place from May 9-15.
