Content

The aim of the workshop "Power games in gender relations" is to find a situational and individual way to deal with demanding power games and promote equal opportunities for female executives at the RWTH. Women still face particular challenges in the science system due to the strongly male-dominated power structures and communication methods. The participants will extend their knowledge about communication strategies and assertion methods as well as their awareness of their individual performance competencies in order to strengthen their position as female leaders.

Target Audience

Female junior executives

For us, women are more diverse than a biological gender. We understand women to include all individuals who identify as female. The event management system currently only maps the binary gender system. If this causes problems for you, please contact us!
