The RWTH Research Manager Certificate Course is aimed at academic staff members of RWTH whose tasks and activities are predominantly and demonstrably focused on research/science management. The continuing education program seeks to enable and professionalize research management in research alliances, large-scale projects, and institute and faculty development.

The Center for Professional Leadership's part-time modular continuing education program will start in May 2023. It consists of 5 modules, each held in 2-day in-person sessions where attendance is mandatory. Participants must also complete a knowledge transfer project alongside training, which involves two additional sessions for discussion and presentations.
