The DWI - Leibniz-Institute for Interactive Materials is a federal and state funded research institute of the Leibniz Association based on the Melaten campus of RWTH Aachen University. DWI invites applications for two positions as
Postdoctoral Researcher (d/f/m) from the fields of Chemistry or Life Sciences

Ihr Profil

-You hold a Ph.D. in chemistry or the field of life sciences
-Highly motivated and team oriented
-Passion for multidisciplinary research
-Strong research background in organic chemistry or molecular biology
-Excellent skills in the English language

Ihre Aufgaben

Two Postdoc positions are available starting from June 2020. The topic deals with the fabrication and characterization of novel bioactive compounds and their in vitro and in vivo release by external forces such as light, sound and magnetism. These anti-infective agents are either produced by chemical synthesis or biotechnology methods or a combination of them.

Die Stelle ist zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zu besetzen und befristet 2 Years.
Es handelt sich um eine Vollzeitstelle. Auf Wunsch kann eine Teilzeitbeschäftigung ermöglicht werden.
Die Eingruppierung richtet sich nach dem TV-L.
