The Student Health Management (SGM) department would like to point out things that you can do at an early stage to help you to get through your studies in a healthy, fit and satisfied manner. Often, small tips and tricks are enough to support you in organizing your everyday life around studying in a better, more conscious, and balanced way.

Bettina Löhr, a graduate psychologist, will talk briefly and concisely about the topics of "Mental strength", "Well-being", and "Stress-free exams". She links psychological and scientific basics with your everyday experience in your studies and provides helpful strategies. You will also learn where to go for supportive services at our university.

The SGM would like to thank Ms. Löhr, the Media for Learning department at RWTH and the Techniker Krankenkasse for their support in making the films possible.
