Do you miss normal University life? Are some days particularly dull during these pandemic-affected times?

Student Health Management has a few energy boosters for the summer semester that will bring variety, fun, and energy into everyday student life. Get in touch with other students and do something healthy at the same time!

We are offering online cooking courses focused on different themes and online health courses featuring more unusual types of movement.

We really hope that we will be able to return to normal student life in the near future!

 

Please Note

To take part in the workshops, you will need a PC/laptop with internet access, a webcam, and sound (speaker and microphone).

If you register (and confirm your participation) for a cooking class, you will receive the list of ingredients and utensils needed for the event by email approximately one week beforehand.

Unless otherwise indicated, all workshops will be held in German. International students with a basic knowledge of German are also warmly invited to attend! The presenters will translate into English if required.

April 6, 2022, 6 to 8pm, Live Cooking: Eastern Flair for Studying at Home

During stressful times, do you feel like there is too much "unhealthy" food on your plate? Do you want new ideas for meals and have you always wanted to know what oriental cuisine tastes like?
 
Then join our live virtual cooking workshop!

A special feature: in your kitchen, strangers will become friends and you will get lots of food and drink inspiration.

Has all that studying at home made you very sedentary? Do you feel tired and totally lacking energy?

Our sense of balance is also weakened by disuse and poor exercise habits. Learn how to reduce feelings of fatigue with balance training and get more energy at this live virtual workshop.
Let us find some balance together, laugh together, and get more flexible.

Are you wondering how to cook and eat in a healthy and environmentally friendly way?

With Anja, you will create a sustainable and delicious meal. Creativity, good cooperation, and communication are required – just like in your everyday student life.  And of course, it will be a lot of fun!

This workshop focuses on appreciation – for food and each other.
