Legal Basis
The Representatives for Staff With Disabilities of RWTH, or SBV for short, is the elected representative body for the interests of severely disabled employees and those with certain health impairments.
The representative and their deputies represent the interests of employees with a severe disability and are on hand to assist and advise them. However, the SBV also supports all employees who are not classified as severely disabled, yet have health impairments.
