Agreements on Information Technology Hardware, Software, and Services
RWTH Aachen, like all public employers, additionally uses the „Ergänzenden Vertragsbedingungen für die Beschaffung von IT-Leistungen (EVB-IT)“ in cases of agreements on information technology hardware, software, and services.
Depending on the type of agreement and the object of the agreement, various versions (that is types) of the EVB-IT are applicable.
