The Division of Workflow and Online Applications belongs to the Department of Internal Management and IT within RWTH Aachen Central University Administration. It is responsible for the operation of basic web applications. 


Our Responsibilities

Our division provides support for the Antrago event management and Lucom form management systems as well as for other systems for the administration of data.

Furthermore, we offer vocational training for prospective mathematical-technical software developers (MATSE) who simultaneously complete the Applied Mathematics and Computer Science degree program. Our apprentices benefit from attractive conditions of employment such as discounted transit passes (Job Ticket), staff health management offerings, the opportunity to participate in university sports, and many more. You will be involved in a wide range of activities, including project work, and receive intensive support from our experienced trainers.

We also support the SWITCH initiative: New Career Opportunities for University Dropouts.
