Facility Management

 

The Department of Facility Management belongs to RWTH Aachen Central University Administration and is broken down into five divisions.

 

Our Responsibilities

The Department of Facility Management controls an available surface of about 410,000 square meters with about 240 employees in four divisions.

This includes virtually all services involving building and property management, structural maintenance and construction, project coordination, floor-space management, as well as building, electrical and mechanical systems management.

Thanks to the energetic and engaged work and support of our employees, we handle a consistently increasing amount of standard benefits, work orders, and service requests.

Die Störungsmeldestelle ist nur während der regulären Arbeitszeiten von 07:00 - 15:30 Uhr erreichbar. Ab 15:30 Uhr ist in dringenden Fällen die Hochschulwache unter der Telefonnummer 94250 zu kontaktieren.
