BEM – Operational Integration Management at RWTH Aachen

Operational integration management, which is part of an employer's duty of care for employees who have fallen ill, is a service for all employees, who were either ill and unable to work for six weeks without interruption or repeatedly within the last 12 months.

BGM – CampusHealth Management

Campus Health Management, BGM for short in German, is the conscious management and integration of all operational processes in order to promote and preserve university members' health and well-being.

Electoral Office

The Electoral Office organises the election of RWTH Aache Senate and Faculty Council members.

Family Services Center

The RWTH Aachen Family Services Center provides advising on working and studying as a parent, support in events of care for family members, and many tips on making family and career compatible.

Integration Team – Human Resources, Gender and Diversity Management

The Integration Team – Human Resources, Gender and Diversity Management staff unit, IGaD for short, supports all University institutions in gender and diversity related matters and actively promotes equality of opportunities across the University. To this end, the staff unit accompanies the development and implementation of suitable measures.

Round Table

Fair behavior, equal treatment, and the promotion of diversity – since 2001, there has been a coalition for action, which campaigns for equal treatment and antidiscimination.

Social Advising

The Social Adivising Office advises RWTH Aachen employees in matters of personal crisis, prolems in the work place, support with working processes, and provides help during transition periods.
