cylib aims at holistic battery recycling. The proprietary end-to-end process of cylib is characterized by the efficient, resource- and climate-friendly recovery of all valuable materials in an EV battery from pack to cell level.

Developed over many years of research at RWTH Aachen University, the cylib process also comes with reduced CO2 emissions. The technology enables the recovery of all battery components, regardless of whether it is an end-of-life battery or production scrap. The recovery of green secondary raw materials from the cylib process enables the implementation of a true circular economy in the European market.
