Vacation Programs for Children
Activities in the 2023 Easter Vacation
We are delighted to be able to offer a vacation program in cooperation with Bleiberger Fabrik in the second week of the Easter vacation from Tuesday, April 11 to Friday, April 14, 2023. This will take place directly at Bleiberger Fabrik, Bleiberger Straße 2, 52074 Aachen.
At this point, it may still be possible to book any remaining spots through Bleiberger Fabrik directly. The participation fee is 110 euros for four days without an overnight stay or 150 euros with an overnight stay. Participating siblings receive a discount of 10 euros (without overnight stay) or 20 euros (with overnight stay).
The program starts Tuesday, April 11, 2023, from 1pm with a registration and introduction session. From Wednesday to Friday, children can be dropped off at 9:30am and picked up again at 5:30pm after the workshop. An earlier pickup time can be arranged if necessary.
Children aged 6 to 18 can participate in various art workshops.
Please Note
On the registration form, please indicate "RWTH" after the name of your child, so they can be identified as part of RWTH's quota.
Students can apply for a childcare subsidy by presenting their family card to the Family Services Center; this reduces the cost to 50 euros per child. If you have any further questions about this subsidy, please contact us by email.
Withdrawal is possible free of charge until the end of the registration period. After the deadline, the participation fees can only be refunded if the places can be rebooked. Bleiberger Fabrik processes refunds in such cases.
You will receive all further participation and parent information directly from Bleiberger Fabrik. We recommend subscribing to the newsletter to receive information about Bleiberger Fabrik's current course offerings.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation of registration and a place on the program. The care contract is concluded with Bleiberger Fabrik. All further measures (supervision times, group sizes, hygiene measures, and so on) are also subject to the specifications of Bleiberger Fabrik. Refunds of the participation fees, if applicable, will also be processed directly through Bleiberger Fabrik.
Activities in the 2023 Summer Vacation
Registrations for Circus Week from June 26 to 30, 2023, in cooperation with the Configurani Circus of the Viktoriaschule, are open March 1 to 31, 2023. During the registration period from March 1 to March 31, 2023, you can fill out our registration form and email it back to us. We will consider registrations in the order in which they are received. Please refer to the registration form for information on the participation fees.
Circus Week is offered for children aged 6 to 12 on the premises of Viktoriaschule Aachen. Children can be brought in between 7:30am and 9am and they can be picked up between 3:30pm and 5pm. On Friday, June 30, 2023, a circus performance will take place, to which all parents are invited. The show is expected to start between 2pm and 3pm. More information will follow shortly.
