To help you prepare for your studies in the best possible way, the International Office and Language Center of RWTH Aachen University are collaborating and offering a term-time course to refugees and students who want to improve their academic German language skills. In this course you will focus on the intricacies of technical and scientific language and learn how to express yourself better in academic language, both in speaking and writing.

In addition to this academic German course, we offer you a conversation group in German so that you can practice the vocabulary you have learned. You will have the opportunity to discuss and argue about technical topics in German.

This free academic German course takes place regularly and the topics build on each other. We highly recommend that you attend regularly if you want to improve your German language skills.
