Financial Administration and Contract Management of EU-Projects
As your contact point for legal and financial questions we will gladly assist you with the back-office work involved with EU projects at RWTH Aachen.
We are there to support you in all legal and contractual matters that arise within the framework of EU proposals and projects: If you need templates for consortium agreements and other (preliminary) agreements, you will find them on our Intranet pages. In addition, we provide you with legal advice and support in contract negotiations within the consortium. We manage the internal coordination for you in matters such as export, data protection, and IP. We support you via telephone conferencing and adjust legal regulations to your needs, so that you can fully concentrate on the science of the project.
In order to standardize the procedure for the financial processing of EU projects at RWTH Aachen University and thus to comply with the funding conditions in the best possible way, we provide you with numerous documents on our Intranet pages including, among other things, templates for calculating personnel costs or handling audits.
