Objective
-
This training explains the benefits and possibilities of employing project management in tackling complex and dynamic tasks in an academical context. You will be introduced to specific approaches, tools and phases of project management and how to apply them in different situations.
-
The practical application of these tools at your University will become clear through examples and through a shared professional background of the participants. Participants bring their live projects from their University work environment which will then serve as case studies to practice the project management tools which have just been taught. In exercises they will draw up a first draft of their project management plan. Alternatively, next level can provide a case study.
-
At the end of this training participants will be able to plan their research projects and to set up the appropriate organisational framework for the execution of the research project.
