Description

One of the goals of the seminar is to transfer important theory and methodology, which enables the participants to plan their private time and working time in an optimal way, to find an efficient day structure and to deal with the challenges of modern work. The participants should rethink and improve their work processes and working technique at the same time.

The focus of this seminar is on setting priorities, successful goal setting and goal achievement, and planning of work steps in the office or remote at home. After completing this Webinar, you will have key qualifications in modern time management, self motivation and self management to improve your efficiency in working time, productive output and goal focus during the time of PhD research and thesis.

Next to the knowledge transfer of the most important models (life-balance-model / SMART-goals / Eisenhower / life batteries / pomodoro) participants will have the opportunity to improve their self-perception via individual exercises. Participants should recognize their weaknesses and start use effective time management to reach goals in academics and business (PhD, research, teaching, project work).

  • Slides and material will be shared in the ZOOM-Meeting and handled out afterwards via Mail

  • Please have paper and pencil ready when Meeting starts to make notes

  • Webinar will be a mixture of input, discussion, reflection as well as active periods via ZOOM Breakout-Rooms
