Promoting Early-Career Researchers

 

The RWTH Center for Young Academics is the umbrella organization for all activities supporting early-career researchers from their doctoral studies to the postdoc phase to qualification periods for future professorial appointments.

In addition, the Profile Areas contribute to the academic advancement of early-career researchers, providing them with the opportunity to shape the international research profile of RWTH, to gain hands-on insights into interdisciplinary research approaches, to implement research results for industrial applications, and to build up a support network.
