Academic Ombud
In a working environment where a large number of people communicate and interact on a daily basis, differences of opinion and conflicts are unavoidable.
Fortunately at our University, problems and complaints can be solved in connversations between the parties in question. For the few cases where a mediator is required between students and teachers, examiners or administration, a third person should be available as a contact and for facilitation.
The Academic Ombud at the individual faculties are trusted individuals students can talk to in cases of conflict within academics.
