MoveOn

Conductive fibers are highly important for functional fiber materials used for steering wheel heating in cars or electrical shielding in satellites. Metal fibers are expensive because of slow and highly manual Strand drawing process. In that project we developed a novel new process to coat anorganic fibers with a metal shell. We get conductive fibers in a super cheap production process.

Task

Your Task is to develop a production process for metal coating of anorganic fibers and to test the archived material in terms of air and space and automotive requirements

Requirements

Technical backround and understanding for Engineering issues. Backround on anorganic fiber , Composite or metal based material is helpfull.
