MoveOn

The auralization application Virtual Acoustics (VA) is an in-house development of the Institute for Hearing Technology and Acoustics at RWTH Aachen University. It generates plausible audio signals representing complex acoustic scenes using physics-based simulations. For this purpose, it considers the sound source characteristics, the sound propagation and 3D sound reproduction.

Task

* Familiarize yourself with the VST SDK and the VA Application * Implement a VST host to the auralization application VA * Add the ability to change VST parameters through the given interface of VA

Requirements

* Intermediate (C++) programming knowledge. * Curiosity to learn new things. * Ability to autonomously identify problems and work on their solution.
