MoveOn

In additive manufacturing, materials and the associated machine technology are continuously being developed. The process category of material extrusion (MEX) is particularly suitable for a variety of materials and applications, each of which has different problems that must be solved.

Task

Together we will identify a specific technical problem in the area of MEX, which you will then analyze and work on. Examples of topics may include: - Layer adhesion in filament and granulate extrusion (experimental) - Dimensional stability of cookie prints (experimental) - Speed optimization of G-code (software development) - Optimization of nozzle geometries (hardware development)

Requirements

Hands-on mentality, open-minded and motivated mindset, self-organization, interest and experience in Additive Manufacturing
