Seoul National University, SNU for short, is one of the most reputable universities in South Korea. It belongs to the so called SKY univerisities and is ranked highly in international rankings. The university has a very large campus, on which buses can be be used for transportation. There are many cafeterias, cafés, supermarkets, and everything else that is necessary and helpful for everyday life.
Most of the courses have a reasonable number of students, making direct contact with professors possible. They are often very friendly and helpful. However homework and required attendance is normal. There are typically two exams per subject, and finals take place at the end of the semester.
It is easy to find a community and help for any matters through the SNU Buddy Program.
