Waseda University is one of the most prestigious private universities in Japan. The university was founded in 1882 at Tokyo's school of applied sciences by the former samurai and later Japanese minister president Ōkuma Shigenobu.
It is considered the top Japanese university for internationalization and has a great reputation outside of Japan.
The focus of the partnership with Waseda University is on the hydraulic engineering courses. Aside from the courses an obligatory component is the research stay at the Shibayama Lab with Professor Tomoya Shibayama. | |
