RWTHonline is an integrated campus management system that was gradually implemented at the University and was eventually fully live in Winter Semester 2018/2019.

The introduction of RWTHonline is one of the two central goals of the PuL Project to improve the organization of studying and teaching.

In the past, the faculties and Central University Administration worked with different IT systems. Examination regulations were available in multiple areas and many links between the systems were developed to try to support an integrated process. RWTHonline now represents an integrated IT solution for the University that supports the most important processes in the student life cycle – from application to graduation.

The basis for RWTHonline is CAMPUSonline, a system developed at the Technical University of Graz and subsequently adapted to meet RWTH's needs. This year, the software will see some optimization, for example becoming a more user-friendly system.

Members of the University can find further information and manuals on RWTHonline in our internal wiki.
