Employer Branding and Year-Round Visibility
In addition to our various recruiting event options, we also offer four different ways for companies to be visible and accessible to students on an ongoing basis.
Pitchbox
If you want to be more permanently visible to students, we invite you to publish your five-minute video company pitch or your company video on our website for six months. Under the title ‘Ask me Anything’, we will also be happy to provide a web link to your contact details or your company website.
Publishing your video in Pitchbox costs 1,500 euros for six months.
Matching Platform
Bring companies and RWTH students together in an efficient and simple way – that is the goal of our new matching platform. Please note that it is only available in German.
The tool uses information from a questionnaire that we have sent out to companies in order to identify their requirements. This data is matched with various degree profiles at RWTH, so students can quickly find out which company might be relevant to them, and companies can identify the degree programs whose graduates best match their needs.
We would be happy to list your company on our platform free of charge so that RWTH students can find you as a potential employer.
If you are interested, we can include your company contact information and integrate a web link in our matching tool, allowing students to contact you easily and directly. To publish your company profile in the matching platform – including your contact details and a clickable link – for 365 days, we charge 3,000 euros.

Publish your company profile on the Career Center page for an entire year at the cost of 3,000 euros.
Advertise in Our Job Applications Guide for Students
You can also place an advertisement in our job application guide for students. It is available for download on our application tips webpage (currently being revised) and is also sent to final-year students at the start of each winter semester.
Only image advertising in which the company presents itself as an employer is permitted. Advertising for products or services is excluded in these formats.
The cost of a full-page advertisement in the annual job applicants’ handbook is 3,000 euros.
