The University was set to hold a series of activities and events under the motto of “Lernen. Forschen. Machen.” throughout 2020.
Due to the spread of the coronavirus and the associated consequences for society, the University decided to cancel the planned events for the 150th anniversary and to postpone them until 2021.
Nevertheless, RWTH would like to commemorate the start of lectures on October 10, 1870 with a special film and a show, which will now be held virtually, on the anniversary date in 2020.
